We were sitting down to dinner and I had popped into the cd player the Christmas Album that Cam's school made. The song "The 12 Days of Christmas" was playing.
It gets to "On the 6th day of Christmas..."
And Cam says...
"6 pieces of lettuce?" He looks at us in disbelief "That's a weird gift."
God, I love that kid.
Now (sound of whip snapping) back to my knitting.

I had to look it up to find out that it was six geese a-laying.
